I believe that great design comes through understanding. When you focus on understanding a client for who they are rather than what they want to do, you're better able to visualize their needs.
I've worked in advertising and marketing since 2006, and even met my wife (also a graphic designer) while working at an ad agency. She is my balance. I enjoy cooking, skiing, and writing—and have written about web design trends and design inspiration for CreativeMarket.com and HeyDesign.com. My wife and I recently had our first child and are finally learning the value of sleep.
